Garmin Cycling Accessories: Varia Radar and Lights, Rally Power Meters, Sensors, Mounts and Cases
An Edge bike computer is the hub of a Garmin cycling system, and this is everything that plugs into it. Varia rearview radar, radar cameras, smart headlights and tail lights put approaching traffic on your Edge screen and, in Garmin's words, let you see and be seen. Rally power meter pedals measure your output on the road. Speed Sensor 2 and Cadence Sensor 2 keep your data accurate indoors, in tunnels and on the trainer. The Edge Power Mount draws power from a compatible eBike, the Charge Power Pack keeps an Edge running through all-day rides, and Garmin's silicone cases protect every current and recent Edge from the 130 to the 1050. Out-front mounts and the Varia remote round it out.
At DiveCatalog.com we carry Garmin cycling accessories as an authorized Garmin dealer, so every item is genuine and covered by the full Garmin warranty. Looking for the head unit? See Garmin Edge bike computers.
What Is Here
Varia radar, cameras and lights
The Varia rearview radar tail light warns you of vehicles approaching from behind on a paired Edge or compatible Garmin watch and brightens the light as they close in. The Varia RearVue 820 adds a rear-facing camera to the radar, and the Varia Vue is a camera headlight. The Varia UT800 smart headlight adjusts to your speed and ambient light when paired with an Edge, and the Varia eRTL615 is the radar tail light for eBikes. The Varia remote controls lights from the handlebar. Every current Edge pairs with Varia radar and lights.
Rally power meter pedals
Rally pedals measure power at the pedal, so they move between bikes with a wrench instead of a mechanic. The Rally 100 and 200 series are offered in single-sensing (100) and dual-sensing (200) versions, with the Rally 110 and 210 as a sibling family, and the Rally RK100 upgrade pedal converts a single-sensing set to dual sensing. Pair them with an Edge for power, Power Guide pacing, Cycling Ability analysis and training status.
Speed and cadence sensors
The Speed Sensor 2 mounts on the hub and the Cadence Sensor 2 on the crank arm, with no magnets to align, or buy them together in the speed and cadence bundle. They send data to your Edge or watch over ANT+ and Bluetooth and keep speed and distance accurate where GPS drops out.
Power and mounts
The Edge Power Mount connects a compatible Edge to an eBike battery so the computer never needs separate charging. The Charge Power Pack clips under an Edge to extend battery on long days. The Edge out-front mount and the flush out-front mount put the screen ahead of the bars where it is easiest to read.
Silicone cases by Edge model
Garmin makes a fitted silicone case for each Edge. Current models: Edge 1050, Edge 1040, Edge 550 and 850, Edge 540 and 840 and Edge Explore 2. Previous generations: Edge 1030, Edge 1000, Edge 830, Edge 820, Edge 530, Edge 510, Edge 130 and Edge Explore. The case must match your exact model; the 540 and 840 share one, as do the 550 and 850.

Frequently Asked Questions: Garmin Cycling Accessories
Does Varia radar work with my Edge?
Yes. Every current Edge (540, 840, 550, 850, MTB, Explore 2, 1040 Solar and 1050) is compatible with Varia radar, radar cameras, headlights and tail lights, and so are many Garmin watches.
Which silicone case fits my Edge?
Match the model number exactly. The Edge 540 and 840 share a case, the 550 and 850 share a case, and the 1040 and 1050 each have their own. Cases for older Edges (130, 510, 530, 820, 830, 1000, 1030, Explore) are listed above.
Do I need speed and cadence sensors if my Edge has GPS?
Not for outdoor speed and distance, but the sensors keep data accurate on a trainer, in tunnels and under heavy tree cover, and cadence is only available from a sensor or a power meter.
What is the difference between Rally 100 and 200 series pedals?
The 100 series measures power on one pedal and doubles it; the 200 series measures both pedals independently for left and right balance and cycling dynamics. The RK100 upgrade pedal converts a 100 series set to dual sensing.
