The picture shows a plastic yellow spool, but I received a fairly large stainless steel spool, which is quite wide and can hold a lot more than 30m of cord. No need to remove any cord to make room to get a bolt snap through the holes. Maybe you’ll receive a plastic spool with your order, but stainless is what I’ve got.
The quality is extremely good and the double-ender is of high quality as well. The cord on mine is bright yellow. Besides being larger than I’d hoped, this spool will hold up forever.
