Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days, with fast, free shipping on all orders over $50.
All orders ship from our Southern California warehouse or one of our partner warehouses across the U.S. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Processing & Lead Time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day, and orders placed before 2 PM Pacific Time often ship the same day. Backorders may take 5–10 business days, and open-box products typically ship with standard shipping. If your order ships in multiple parts, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Certain products in our retail showroom are available for demonstration but may not be stocked at that location for immediate purchase. You can order them in-store or online and have them shipped to your preferred address, subject to the same shipping methods, delivery estimates, and charges outlined in this policy.
