Description
Description
The Shearwater Swift is a wireless air integration transmitter that mounts on a regulator first stage high-pressure port and sends tank pressure to a compatible air-integrated dive computer. It is compatible with all Shearwater air-integrated dive computers and installs with no tools required on a standard 7/16-inch-20 UNF high-pressure port. An advanced collision avoidance system keeps transmissions reliable when multiple divers use multiple transmitters in the same area, making the Swift practical for group scuba diving, sidemount, and multi-tank configurations.
Power comes from a user-replaceable CR2 3V lithium battery rated for up to 300 dive hours of use with high pressure present and around 5 years of storage time. An LED status indicator provides at-a-glance diagnostics, the transmitter is depth rated to 200 m of seawater, and it is rated for a working tank pressure of 300 bar / 4350 psi. Pressure is reported at a resolution of 0.14 bar / 2 psi, and the unit activates automatically at 7 bar / 100 psi. Materials in the Swift are oxygen compatible, though the transmitter is not delivered pre-cleaned for oxygen service.
