Product Information
This is OrcaTorch's standard 21700 lithium-ion cell: 3.6 volts and a true 5000mAh (18Wh) of capacity, the battery the D710 family of dive lights is engineered around. It is the non-USB version - no charging port built into the cell - which makes it slightly lighter and a few millimeters shorter than its USB-C sibling, and the natural companion for lights like the DC710 that charge the battery in place through the torch itself, or for divers who already run a bench charger between dives.
A built-in protection circuit guards against overcharge and over-discharge, and the cell is rated for around 500 charge cycles. Charge it in an external Li-ion charger such as the OrcaTorch UC01 or UC02, or directly inside a USB-C direct-charging light. It fits the OrcaTorch D700, D710, DC710, ZD710 MK2, D710V MK2, and D720, and a charged spare in the save-a-dive kit means the second dive never runs on yesterday's battery. Lithium batteries ship by ground only.
