Does the S-Tek Back Plate Pad Color Kit include mounting hardware?

Yes. Each S-Tek Back Plate Pad Color Kit includes one back pad plus all mounting hardware, so you have what you need to mount the pad to your S-Tek plate. The kit is sold as a single color, so you choose one color per kit from the eight published options: Black, White, Yellow, Blue, Turquoise, Army Green, Orange or Pink.

Which Scubapro S-Tek systems does this back pad fit?

SCUBAPRO lists the pad as compatible with the S-Tek Pro System, S-Tek Pro Harness, S-Tek Pure System and S-Tek Pure Harness. It measures 14.76 in long by 10.83 in wide by 0.39 in thick, and the only selection you make is color. If you are unsure which S-Tek configuration you own, contact us before ordering.

What material is the S-Tek back pad made from?

The pad is made from molded Monprene, the material SCUBAPRO specifies for this S-Tek back pad color kit. Monprene is used here for durability under regular technical diving use. The complete kit weighs 0.41 lb and covers the backplate where it contacts the diver.

How many pads come in one kit?

One. Each kit contains a single back pad in the color you select, along with all mounting hardware. If you want to change colors later, or outfit more than one S-Tek harness, you order an additional kit in the color you want. Item numbers run from 23.611.000 for Black through 23.611.007 for Pink.
