Product Information

The Ocean Reef ARIA JR Full Face Snorkeling Mask is a children's full face snorkeling mask in size XS that lets young snorkelers breathe naturally through the nose, with a dry snorkel top that keeps water out and a 180° panoramic field of vision. It uses Ocean Reef's patented, independently tested air circulation technology to prevent fogging, and it is Made in Italy.

Who it is for

This is the kid-sized version of the ARIA family, built for children trying snorkeling for the first time or heading out on a family vacation, pool session or shallow reef swim. Because there is no mouthpiece to bite onto, there is no jaw discomfort and no breathing through a tube. A sticker sheet and a coloring book are included so kids can personalize the mask and stay entertained between swims.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size is the Ocean Reef ARIA JR and who is it made for?

The ARIA JR is offered in size XS and is the children's version of the ARIA full face snorkeling mask. Model OR019052 is scaled down for a child's face so the light-colored skirt seals properly, with a uniquely designed orinasal pocket around the nose. If you are unsure whether XS suits your child, call or chat with us before ordering.

Does the ARIA JR fog up?

No, the ARIA JR uses Ocean Reef's patented, independently tested air circulation technology to prevent fogging while the child breathes through the nose. Ocean Reef conducts its testing in water with actual snorkeling use in mind.

Can you attach a GoPro or action camera to the ARIA JR?

Yes. The ARIA JR is compatible with sport cameras via a dock mount on the mask. The mask is also compatible with the broader Ocean Reef full face snorkeling mask accessory line, including the Snorkie Talkie, Optical Lens Kits and Duo fins.

What comes with the Ocean Reef ARIA JR and is it covered by a warranty?

The mask ships with a sticker sheet for customizing it and a coloring book. The US version includes a reusable carry bag with a draining bottom, while the EMEA version includes a Made in Italy carry bag that doubles as a dry bag plus a snorkeling signaling buoy. Ocean Reef backs the mask with a 2 year warranty.

Review summary

4.2 101 ratings across the web

Written reviews for this one are still few. It is a kids full face snorkeling mask in white, size XS, that lets you breathe through your nose instead of biting a mouthpiece. It comes with a dry snorkel to keep water out, a wide field of vision, and patented air circulation technology that reduces fogging. The orinasal section is shaped to seal around the nose. It is designed and made in Italy. A reasonable pick for younger snorkelers who need a small fit and find standard snorkels uncomfortable.
