This regulator set pairs the Mares Planet Airmatic 88X TBP first and second stage with a Dual Octo backup and a Puck Lite Mission 2 console, so the core pieces of a regulator setup arrive matched and ready to assemble. The 88X first stage has a metal body with a pearl chrome finish and a hermetically sealed TBP dry kit for cold-water performance, plus AST to keep it dry and free of debris. Natural DFC on the LP ports keeps airflow steady to the Airmatic second stage, and the 360° swivel head gives you four medium-pressure outlets plus a fifth, along with two symmetrical high-pressure ports angled at 10° for clean hose routing. An integrated OPV and a Hex DIN knob round out the first stage. You can select Regulator Type as INT or DIN to match your tank valve.
The Dual Octo regulator serves as the backup second stage, built from ultralight technopolymer and weighing just 183 g so it stays out of the way on your harness. Its Vortex Assisted Design routes air through a bypass tube to the mouthpiece for easy breathing, backed by a pneumatic-assisted design for consistent airflow, and a Superflex hose keeps handling light in warm to moderate water conditions.
The Puck Lite Mission 2 console rounds out the set with a Puck Lite dive computer next to an analog pressure gauge in a chrome-plated brass body. The computer runs the Bühlmann ZH-L16C algorithm with nitrox support from 21% to 50%, a one-button interface, and a high-resolution segment display.
