Tell us how you dive and we'll add a one-time store credit to your DiveCatalog account. Here's how it works.
The reward
- Online diver profile form: $5 store credit.
- In-store diver profile form (for customers who visit our dive shop): $20 store credit.
- The form asks about your diving, certification and gear. It never asks you to rate or review us.
One reward per diver
- Each person can get the diver profile reward once: either the $5 online reward or the $20 in-store reward, not both.
- The credit goes to the DiveCatalog account for the email address you enter on the form.
- If you've already received it, sending the form again (or the other form) won't add more credit. You can still update your answers anytime on your account's Profile page.
- We may decline the reward, or remove credit already added, for duplicate or fake profiles. For example, one person using more than one email address, or made-up details.
- The $20 in-store reward is for customers who visit our dive shop, whether you fill in the form at the shop or from the link we email after an in-store purchase. We may remove it if there was no visit.
Using your store credit
- It's usually in your account within a few minutes of sending the form.
- It expires 90 days after it's added. Placing orders or earning other credit doesn't extend it.
- Use it at checkout on divecatalog.com or at our dive shop.
- It's store credit, not cash. It can't be exchanged for cash or moved to another account.
Your answers
We use your answers to tailor our emails and the gear we show you. We won't text you unless you sign up for texts separately. See our Privacy Policy.
Emails from us
When you send the online form, you'll also get DiveCatalog emails about new gear, deals and dive news. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing doesn't affect your store credit.
Changes to this program
We may change or end the diver profile reward at any time. Changes don't affect store credit already in your account.
