Garmin Instinct 3 is a rugged GPS smartwatch designed for outdoor use with a bright 1.2-inch AMOLED display and a metal-reinforced bezel for impact resistance. Health and wellness monitoring features include wrist-based heart rate, Pulse Ox, advanced sleep tracking, HRV status and a Health Snapshot that syncs to the Garmin Connect app. The integrated variable-intensity flashlight and durable fiber-reinforced polymer case with scratch-resistant lens support low-light and harsh-environment use while maintaining a 45 mm case size (approx. 1.77 in) compatible with standard quick-release bands.
