Product Information
A direct drive trainer needs a cassette body that matches your drivetrain, and the body a trainer ships with does not cover every standard. These are the type 2 bodies for SHIMANO Micro Spline and Campagnolo N3W.
SHIMANO Micro Spline is the freehub standard used by 12-speed SHIMANO mountain groupsets; Campagnolo N3W is Campagnolo's current freehub. If your bike runs either, one of these is what lets it onto a compatible Tacx trainer at all.
Check that your trainer takes type 2 bodies before ordering — type 1 and type 2 are not interchangeable.
