Product Information
The Suunto KB-14 is the industry-standard hand-bearing compass for professionals — foresters, surveyors, cartographers, and mariners — who need bearings accurate to a third of a degree. Raise it to your eye, sight the target through the adjustable-diopter optics, and read the bearing from the internally damped card with 0.5° graduations. The sapphire bearing and liquid-filled capsule keep the card rock steady.
The housing is anodized light alloy built for daily field work, with a tripod mount for repeatable station readings and a cotangent conversion table on the body. Each unit ships with a lanyard and a belt-loop nylon pouch. All KB-14 G models are globally balanced; choose the graduation that matches your workflow — 360° azimuth with reversed scale (360R), 360° quadrant-style (360Q), 400 gon, or 6400 mils. Made in Finland.
