Product Information
The Scubapro HP Hose in 15 cm / 6 in is a high pressure hose that connects a submersible pressure gauge or transmitter to the high pressure port of a regulator first stage. At this length it is built for compact setups: a short run keeps a button gauge or transmitter tight against the first stage rather than leaving a long hose to route and secure, which suits sidemount rigs, stage and deco bottles, and pony cylinders.
The hose carries a Kevlar jacket over the inner core. Kevlar resists abrasion and cutting where the hose contacts cylinder valves, backplates, and boat decks, and it keeps the hose flexible rather than stiffening the run. Working pressure is 5,000 psi (345 bar), covering the full cylinder pressures found in recreational and technical diving.
Both end fittings are machined from marine-grade chrome-plated brass for corrosion resistance in saltwater. The 7/16 in-20 UNF male to 7/16 in-20 UNF female thread pattern is the scuba high pressure standard, so the hose fits Scubapro first stages and gauges as well as other manufacturers using the same fitting.
