OMS Sizing Guide
OMS technical diving equipment is designed around adjustability rather than fixed body sizes.
Harnesses
The OMS Comfort Harness is one size and adjusts to fit divers from approximately XS through XXL. The adjustment guide is printed inside the shoulder pads, and the webbing can be trimmed to fit after adjustment.
IQ Lite Systems
IQ Lite backpack/harness systems are offered in multiple sizes. Sizing is based on torso length, and the shoulder and waist webbing adjust over a wide range. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger size when diving thick exposure protection (drysuit or 7mm wetsuit).
Wings
OMS Performance Mono and Double wings are sized by lift capacity (buoyancy), not body size. Choose lift based on your tank configuration and ballast requirements — not your clothing size.
SlipStream Fins
SlipStream fins are sized to be worn over drysuit boots or thick neoprene boots. If you are between sizes or diving a drysuit with rock boots, we recommend sizing up.
