The BLUE has a 450nm wavelength designed to excite coral, jellyfish, and other organisms that emit a fluorescent glow in response to stimulation by this deep blue light, which is close to the edge of the visible spectrum. The addition of optional yellow filters on your dive mask and underwater camera housing's lens port will suppress blue background light, in order to enhance the fluorescence effect for better viewing and richer, more eye-catching photos of this unique glow.
