Important: This item is a Hollis CRIB component and is not a complete BCD. It is designed to be used as part of a backplate and harness system and must be paired with other compatible components to form a full buoyancy compensator setup.
The Hollis CRIB Custom ST 22 Wing is a single tank buoyancy compensator wing designed for streamlined diving with minimal bulk and reliable lift control. Built for warm water and travel-focused configurations, this 22 lb lift donut-style wing supports common aluminum single tank setups such as an AL80 while maintaining a compact profile in the water. The circular bladder design promotes even air distribution to improve trim, reduce air trapping, and simplify buoyancy management in horizontal diving positions.
Constructed with a durable 1000 denier Cordura outer shell and an internal urethane bladder, the ST 22 Wing balances abrasion resistance with long-term reliability. Integrated cam band slots allow the wing to mount directly to a single tank without requiring a separate backplate, while bolt holes remain available for divers who prefer backplate and harness systems. The low-profile shape keeps the system close to the diver’s back, reducing drag and improving overall hydrodynamics.
This CRIB custom version retains the proven performance of the ST 22 platform while offering unique aesthetic customization. The wing is equipped with a standard elbow inflator, overpressure relief valve (OPV), and reinforced mounting points designed to withstand repeated assembly and travel use. Its lightweight, compact footprint makes it well suited for recreational divers, travel divers, and minimalist single tank configurations where simplicity and trim control are priorities.
