For the backplate, choose Stainless Steel 2.0 or Aluminum 2.0 depending on how much ballast you want built into your rig. The Elite 2 Harness comes in XS/S, ML, or XL/2XL so the shoulder and waist fit is dialed in before you ever get in the water.
