This package pairs the Venu 3 with a genuine Garmin Quick Release Band (22 mm), the same lug width used across the Venu 2, Venu 3, Venu 4, vivoactive 4, and Forerunner 255, 265, and 570 lines. The quick-release mount uses a spring bar with a small sliding lever on the underside, so you swap bands by hand with a fingernail, no spring-bar tool needed.
