Garmin QuickFit 20 Bungee Mount

A bungee mount replaces the band with two QuickFit lug pieces and a length of elastic cord. It is the standard way technical divers carry a wrist computer over a drysuit: the cord stretches over a thick sleeve, then pulls the instrument back flat against the arm instead of leaving it to swing on a strap.

The kit uses the same tool-free QuickFit mount as Garmin's 20 mm bands, so it goes on and comes off without disturbing the watch, and the cord length is adjustable to suit the suit you are wearing on the day. Because it is elastic rather than buckled, it also removes the pressure point a rigid strap creates as a suit compresses at depth.
