Product Information
PRO 550 Plus keeps the PRO Series tube shape — the one you can work one-handed without looking down — and adds simple GPS tracking to it. The stimulation dial sits on top, the dog selector switch falls under the thumb, and the built-in display shows direction and distance to each dog rather than a map.
It handles up to three dogs with compatible collars, with 18 levels of continuous and momentary stimulation plus tone and vibration set independently per dog. Tracking range is stated at up to 9 miles with a 2.5-second update rate, using GPS and GLONASS reception on the collar.
It also pairs outward: to the Alpha app on a phone for real-time positions and recorded hunts, and to compatible Garmin wearables and navigators for tracking from the wrist or the truck. Collars are sold separately.
