The fenix E smartwatch runs a 1.4" AMOLED display, a built-in LED flashlight with adjustable brightness and a red safety light, and multi-band GPS with SatIQ for accurate tracking on trail runs, hikes, and backcountry routes. It tracks VO2 max, recovery time, and race predictions, plus 24/7 health data including wrist-based heart rate, Pulse Ox, sleep score, and HRV stress tracking, and it's rated 10 ATM water resistant for swimming and snorkeling. It is not a dive computer, so divers should look at Garmin's Descent series instead.

The included QuickFit 22 band uses Garmin's quick-change design, so you can click a new band into place and go, no tools needed. It comes in leather, metal, or silicone styles, with an adjustment band measuring 124 mm and a buckle band measuring 95 mm.
