The Garmin CIRQA™ Smart Band is a discreet, screenless health and fitness tracker for people who want to track all day and look later — no screens, no distractions, and no subscription required. Wrapped in a soft, adjustable, machine-washable fabric band, CIRQA quietly runs Garmin's proven 24/7 health monitoring and syncs everything to the Garmin Connect™ app to review on your schedule.

Screenless tracking without a subscription. Unlike subscription-based screenless trackers, CIRQA includes every insight it collects with your one-time purchase: heart rate, HRV status, Pulse Ox, stress, skin temperature, respiration, Body Battery™ energy, sleep score with sleep stages and nap detection, and women's health tracking including menstrual cycle and pregnancy. A subtle status LED is the only light it ever shows.

CIRQA brings training readiness, training status, VO2 max, workout benefit and recovery time — metrics usually reserved for Garmin's sport watches — to a band you can wear anywhere. Track 80+ activities through the app with Connected GPS from your phone, and share your location with LiveTrack when you head out.

Which size fits? S–M fits wrists 120–200 mm; L–XL fits wrists 145–240 mm. Both come in Black, French Gray, Mauve and Captain Blue, and both work with the optional CIRQA upper arm band for arm wear.

Is there a monthly fee for the Garmin CIRQA?
No. All health and fitness features work with the free Garmin Connect™ app — no subscription is required.

Does the CIRQA band have a screen?
No — CIRQA is deliberately screen-free. You review your data in the Garmin Connect app, and a small status LED on the module handles alerts and charging status.

How long does the battery last?
Up to 10 days per charge, with a full recharge in about 90 minutes.

Can I swim or shower with it?
Yes — CIRQA carries a 5 ATM (50 m) water rating.
