DIVE RITE WEIGHT POCKET SYSTEM QB - 20LB

The Dive Rite Weight Pocket System QB - 20LB is a set of two quick buckle weight pockets designed for divers using a TransPac harness or any other harness or BCD waist strap with standard 2-inch (50.8 mm) webbing. The set provides a total weight capacity of 20 lb (9.1 kg), with each pocket holding up to 10 lb (4.5 kg). Unlike taller weight pocket systems, this 20 lb QB design can be mounted either vertically or horizontally on the webbing, allowing divers to position weight according to trim and harness layout.

Each pocket uses a two-part construction consisting of a removable insert pocket and a holster that remains fixed to the waist belt. Pulling the release handle frees the insert from the holster, while the holster itself stays attached to the harness. The insert pocket has two internal compartments that load from the top and bottom, keeping soft or hard weights from shifting position whether the pocket is mounted vertically or horizontally. A hook-and-loop tab adds extra security by keeping the internal pouches from rolling when the pocket is mounted horizontally. The pockets are worn at an angle on the waist belt for easier access, and the right-hand pocket is marked with a colored Dive Rite logo while the left-hand pocket is plain, allowing each side to be identified at a glance.

Construction uses 1680-denier ballistic nylon fabric for resistance to tearing and abrasion during regular use. A 2-inch (50.8 mm) stainless steel slide locks the pocket in place on the webbing, and an acetyl quick-release buckle secures the insert pocket within the holster. Nickel-plated brass grommets are used throughout to resist rust and corrosion in saltwater and freshwater conditions. The tall, narrow profile of the pockets leaves additional space along the waist belt for other gear or accessories. The system is manufactured in the U.S.A.
