It lets you run a single cylinder on a Scubapro S-Tek backplate and wing system that is otherwise set up for double tanks. The adapter attaches with fixed bolts, secures the cylinder with a single cinch band and a rubber grip pad, and includes a tank height adjustment strap with a quick-release buckle so you can repeat your preferred tank position.
