The limited warranty is valid only for products purchased from an Authorized Atomic Aquatics Dealer and is non-transferable.

Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of Atomic Aquatics.

Exclusions:

Improper use, maintenance, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

Modifications, accidents, fire, or normal wear and tear.

Cosmetic damages, such as scratches or nicks, unless the product is brand new and in its original packaging.

Equipment used for commercial or military purposes.

  • Key Components: Mouthpieces, hoses, O-rings, filters, and valve seats are covered for 2 years (T3 regulators: 3 years/300 dives).
  • Titanium & Brass Protection: Titanium regulators are corrosion-resistant for life; chromed brass requires proper maintenance.
  • Servicing: Full service required every 2 years or 300 dive hours (no annual service required to maintain the warranty).
  • Authorized Purchase: Valid only for regulators bought from DiveCatalog.com and other authorized dealers.

Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs is not covered. Certain consumer protection laws may apply.
