Frequently Asked Questions
What comes in the Scubapro Trinidad Adult Combo?
The combo includes two items: the Trinidad 3 dive mask and the Trinidad snorkel. The mask is a frameless, low-volume single-lens design measuring 7.5 in wide by 4 in high with one-hand quick-adjust buckles. The snorkel is a semi-dry model, 18.5 in long with a 1.25 in bore, a splashguard top and a purge valve with an integrated whistle. Total weight is 0.9 lb.
Is the Trinidad snorkel a dry or semi-dry snorkel?
The Trinidad snorkel is a semi-dry snorkel. Its splashguard top is designed to prevent water from entering the large-bore 1.25 in barrel at the surface, and a purge valve sits at the lowest point of the snorkel so only a quick breath is needed to clear any water that does get in. An integrated whistle is built in for added safety.
Can I use a Comfort Strap with the Trinidad 3 mask?
Yes. Scubapro lists the Trinidad 3 mask as compatible with Comfort Straps, which the listing notes add stability. The mask uses a one-hand quick-adjust buckle system, so you can swap to a Comfort Strap if you prefer that setup.
What colors does the Trinidad combo come in?
Scubapro publishes two versions of the Trinidad Adult Combo: Black and Clear/Black, both with the same frameless single-lens mask and semi-dry snorkel.
