What’s Covered Under the SCUBAPRO Limited Lifetime Warranty?
SCUBAPRO guarantees that its regulators will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner, provided warranty conditions are met. The Parts for Life Program includes:
Free replacement parts for eligible SCUBAPRO regulators when serviced by an Authorized SCUBAPRO Dealer.
Limited Lifetime Warranty on metal valve and metal components.
Coverage for recreational scuba use, provided proper care and servicing are maintained.
Flexible dealer servicing, allowing any Authorized SCUBAPRO Dealer to perform maintenance.
SCUBAPRO Parts for Life Program – Eligibility & Requirements
To qualify for free service parts and maintain warranty coverage, you must meet the following conditions:
Purchase from an Authorized SCUBAPRO Dealer – Only regulators purchased from an Authorized Dealer qualify for the Parts for Life Program.
Product Registration – Your regulator must be registered at the time of purchase under the original owner.
Required Gear Purchase – To qualify, your SCUBAPRO regulator must be purchased along with all the following within one year of the first item:
- Scubapro First Stage Regulator
- Scubapro Second Stage Regulator
- Scubapro Octo or AIR2
- Scubapro BCD
- Scubapro Dive Computer
Scheduled Servicing – Your regulator must be serviced every 100 dives or every 24 months (whichever comes first) by an Authorized SCUBAPRO Dealer. A one-month grace period is strictly enforced.
Deployed U.S. service members are exempt from annual service deadlines.
Failure to meet the service requirements will result in permanent removal from the Parts for Life Program. However, your regulator will still be covered under the SCUBAPRO Limited Lifetime Warranty.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
If your SCUBAPRO regulator requires servicing under the Parts for Life Program or the Limited Lifetime Warranty, follow these steps:
Contact an Authorized SCUBAPRO Dealer to schedule servicing.
Provide proof of purchase and service records to verify eligibility.
Ship the regulator (if required) to the designated service center. Owners are responsible for shipping costs.
Receive serviced equipment with free replacement parts as covered under the Parts for Life Program.
If a manufacturing defect is identified, SCUBAPRO may repair or replace the defective component at its sole discretion.
What’s Not Covered?
The Parts for Life Program does not cover:
Labor costs for servicing or overhauls (only parts are covered).
Damage due to misuse, accidents, or external causes.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications by non-SCUBAPRO technicians.
Theft, loss, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.
Regulators purchased from unauthorized sellers (which do not qualify for warranty coverage).
