Durability and performance are supported by a robust seam and seal system: quadruple-glued and butt-joined seams with a blindstitch, seams sewn and double-taped for extra protection, and liquid-glued seams that cover the entire suit. The 4/3mm brings the same semi-dry sealing to milder water: Hollis designed it for warm-water technical dives where long runtimes make exposure protection critical even though conditions are mild.
