SeaLife Lenses โ Wide-Angle Domes and Macro Close-Up Optics
A camera's stock lens rarely matches every shot you want underwater โ sometimes you need to fit an entire reef wall in frame, and sometimes you need to fill the frame with a nudibranch the size of your thumbnail. SeaLife's wet lens lineup adds and removes underwater, without tools, letting one camera body cover both extremes.
At DiveCatalog.com, we carry the current SeaLife lens lineup as an authorized dealer.
The SeaLife Lens Range
Micro Wide Angle Dome Lens
Increases field of view by almost 50% and lets you get roughly 3x closer to your subject โ specifically, the Micro 3.0's shooting angle expands by 43% to 143ยฐ in air, and the ReefMaster RM-4K reaches a genuinely massive 196ยฐ. A 4-element/4-group fully multi-coated optical glass array delivers crisp edge-to-edge sharpness, housed in scratch-resistant optical polycarbonate, waterproof to 200ft (60m). A rotatable light shade controls glare from external light sources and protects the dome from bumps. A locking ring prevents accidental detachment in rough conditions, and a lanyard provides backup security. Negatively buoyant at 11.7oz (331g), docks on the optional Lens Caddy when not in use.
SportDiver Wide Angle Dome Lens (6"/15cm)
Purpose-built for the SeaLife SportDiver smartphone housing, this dome lens increases field of view by 40% and mounts directly to the housing's lens port โ no separate adapter required. The 0.71x dome requires no training or adjustment; mount it and shoot, including especially easy over-under split shots. A 2-element/2-group high-grade acrylic optical array delivers crisp edge-to-edge sharpness, waterproof to 130ft (40m) and positively buoyant (air-filled inner chambers). A rotatable sunshade controls stray light, and a safety lanyard prevents loss if bumped off.
Super Macro Close-Up Lens
Captures macro images from 3.5" to 7" (9cm to 18cm) on Micro HD, HD+, 2.0, and ReefMaster RM-4K cameras, or 4" to 6" (10cm to 15cm) on the Micro 3.0. A 2-element optical-grade wet lens with anti-reflective coating and anodized aluminum construction, with a rubber press-on lens mount for quick attachment. Includes two removable focus distance sticks, a safety lanyard, and a protective pouch.
Super Macro Lens (52mm, DC-Series)
Built for SeaLife DC-series cameras with 52mm mounting threads (also compatible with Olympus PT-056, PT-058, PT-059 housings and most Olympus TG-series models). Without the lens, a DC2000 focuses as close as 3.5" (9cm) in macro/super macro mode; with the lens attached, that drops to 1.5" (4cm) โ a 2.3x enlargement of the subject, or up to 4x when combined with the camera's own Super Macro focus mode. Includes a 52mm adapter, safety lanyard, and protective pouch.

Frequently Asked Questions โ SeaLife Lenses
Can I attach and remove these lenses underwater?
Yes โ all SeaLife wet lenses are designed to attach and detach underwater without surfacing, so you can switch from wide-angle to standard framing (or vice versa) mid-dive as the shooting opportunity demands.
Which dome lens fits my camera?
The Micro Wide Angle Dome Lens fits the Micro series (HD, HD+, 2.0, 3.0) and the ReefMaster RM-4K. The 6"/15cm dome lens is purpose-built for the SeaLife SportDiver smartphone housing specifically and is not interchangeable with the Micro series lens.
What is the difference between the two Super Macro lenses?
One is sized for the Micro and ReefMaster RM-4K series with a press-on rubber mount; the other uses a 52mm threaded mount built for SeaLife DC-series cameras and select third-party housings (Olympus PT-series, TG-series). Confirm which camera you own before ordering.
