Product Information

The Scubapro Sport Mesh N' Roll 100 Roller Bag is a 100 liter coated mesh duffel on wheels built to move a full set of scuba gear from the car to the dock and onto the boat. Made from 600 Denier Polyester/PU with mesh sides that drain wet gear, it rolls on saltwater-resistant changeable wheels and converts to a backpack using the double padded duffel straps.

Who it is for

This bag suits recreational divers who travel with their own regulator, BCD, wetsuit and fins and need one bag that survives airports, docks and dive sites. The drainage from the mesh panels means you can pack gear straight off the boat and rinse the whole bag down afterward, and the backpack straps free your hands on stairs, gangways and surfaces where wheels do not roll. When the trip is over, the bag folds down to low volume storage.

Compatibility and sizing

The Sport Mesh 'N Roll 100 is published in Blue and has no laptop compartment. The wheels mount on axles and are changeable, so a damaged wheel does not retire the bag. An adjustable top carry handle plus the double padded handle give you three ways to move it: roll, carry or wear as a backpack.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much gear does the Sport Mesh 'N Roll 100 hold?

It holds 100 liters (26.41 gallons) and measures 31.1 in L x 13.39 in W x 14.96 in H, with a stated weight capacity of 61.73 lb. The bag itself weighs 5.256 lb (2.514 kg), so most of your allowance goes to gear rather than the bag. It has an internal top zippered pocket and an external side zippered pocket.

Can this bag be carried as a backpack?

Yes. The double padded duffel handle converts into backpack straps, so you can wear the bag on your back when wheels are not practical, such as on stairs, boat ladders, sand or gravel. You also get an adjustable top carry handle for short lifts. That gives three carry modes: rolling on the wheels, hand carry, or backpack.

Are the wheels replaceable if one gets damaged?

Yes. Scubapro builds the Sport Mesh 'N Roll 100 with saltwater-resistant wheels mounted on axles, and the wheels are changeable. That matters for a bag that spends time around salt water, sand and boat decks, since a single worn or broken wheel does not mean replacing the whole bag.

Does the mesh really help with wet dive gear?

The mesh side panels let water drain out instead of pooling inside, so you can load a wet wetsuit, booties and fins straight off the boat. The mesh sides also save weight and make rinsing easier, since you can hose the whole bag down. Between trips, the bag folds for low volume storage.
