This warranty applies from the date of purchase, provided the product is used normally, maintained properly, and serviced as recommended by an Authorized Garmin Dealer.
The limited warranty is valid only for products purchased from an Authorized Garmin Dealer and is non-transferable.
Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of Garmin.

Exclusions:
Improper use, maintenance, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

What's Covered: Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Garmin will repair or replace the device at its option, free of charge for parts and labor (you pay shipping).
What's NOT Covered: Cosmetic damage (scratches), consumable parts (batteries, unless the product is defective), damage from accidents, misuse, water/flood damage, unauthorized service, or use with non-Garmin cables/adapters.
Your Remedy: Your sole recourse for a warranty breach is repair, replacement (new or Recertified), or a full refund of your purchase price, at Garmin's discretion.
