Bare offers a limited warranty to the original purchaser, ensuring products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the duration specified for each product. This warranty applies from the date of purchase, provided the product is used normally, maintained properly, and serviced as recommended by an Authorized BareDealer.

The limited warranty is valid only for products purchased from an Authorized BareDealer and is non-transferable.

Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of Bare.

Exclusions:

Improper use, maintenance, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

Modifications, accidents, fire, or normal wear and tear.

Cosmetic damages, such as scratches or nicks, unless the product is brand new and in its original packaging.

Equipment used for commercial or military purposes.

    All BARE wetsuits include a 2-year warranty covering workmanship and materials. Damage from wear, misuse, or negligence is not covered. Repairs or replacements are at BARE’s discretion, and unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

    BARE covers seams and workmanship for 7 years, excluding damage from misuse, neglect, or wear. Repairs or replacements are at BARE’s discretion. Unauthorized repairs void the warranty.

    Drysuit materials (excluding seals and zippers) have a 2-year warranty.

    Seals are covered for 90 days, and zippers for 1 year. Damage from misuse, neglect, or wear is not covered. Unauthorized repairs void the warranty.
