Product Information
The OrcaTorch ZD710 MK2 is a zoomable dive light with a stepless beam that adjusts from a 4-degree spot to a 72-degree flood. At the narrow setting it concentrates up to 1500 lumens into a 212,500 cd beam with a beam distance of 920 m on land for long-range signaling and cave or wreck penetration; at the wide setting it spreads into an even flood for general illumination, fill light and close-up photography. Compared with the original ZD710, the MK2 uses revised optics for a more focused spot and longer reach.
The light has four output levels: Turbo (1500 lumens), High (880 lumens, about 2 hours 10 minutes), Mid (420 lumens, about 3 hours 15 minutes) and Low (150 lumens, about 12 hours). The titanium alloy button is easy to operate with gloves and includes a safety lock (hold for five seconds to lock, double click to unlock), and temperature-controlled step-down and low-voltage protection are built in.
The ZD710 MK2 runs on an OrcaTorch 21700 5000 mAh battery with a USB-C port built into the battery, and this set includes two batteries. The body is AL6061-T6 aluminum with a hard-anodized finish, sealed with triple O-rings behind a thickened tempered glass lens and depth rated to 150 m (492 ft). A bracket module comes installed for optional wrist strap, handle, helmet and ball-joint mounts, which are sold separately.
