What does a drysuit exhaust valve actually do?
It vents air out of the drysuit in a controlled way. As gas inside the suit expands during ascent or shifts with body position, the exhaust valve releases it so the diver can manage buoyancy, avoid excess air buildup inside the suit and stay comfortable and stable through the dive.
Is this valve suitable for salt water diving?
Yes. The valve uses corrosion resistant construction selected for salt water use and for wear from regular diving.
