Product Information

The TUSA Intega Dual Lens Scuba Diving Mask (M2004) is a low-volume, dual-lens dive mask built around TUSA's 3D SYNQ fitting ring, which lets one silicone skirt adapt to a wide range of face shapes and sizes. It holds just 10.7 cubic inches (175 cc) of internal volume, weighs 7.2 oz (205 g) and accepts interchangeable MC-211 corrective lenses.

Who it is for

It suits scuba divers and snorkelers who have struggled to find a mask that seals on their face, including divers with narrow, wide, small or large facial profiles, because the 3D SYNQ fitting ring is designed to mold to a range of face shapes rather than one fixed template. The low internal volume makes clearing and equalizing quick, and the corrective lens option serves divers who need vision correction underwater.

Key details

  • Design: dual lens with interchangeable, tempered glass lenses
  • Internal volume: 10.7 ci (175 cc)
  • Frame dimension: 3.1 in x 6.3 in (79 mm x 161 mm)
  • Fitting dimension: 4.5 in x 5.2 in (113.5 mm x 133 mm)
  • Weight: 7.2 oz (205 g)
  • Skirt: Freedom Technology silicone with variable thickness, stability ridges and a low-friction fitting surface, plus a round edge to limit facial pressure and creasing
  • Strap and buckle: 3D Mask Strap that follows the curve of the head, with a low-profile Swift Buckle 3D for quick, quiet adjustment

Compatibility and sizing

The Intega accepts TUSA MC-211 corrective lenses, sold separately in left and right versions from -1.0 to -8.0 and +1.0 to +4.5 diopters in 0.5 increments. The same MC-211 lenses also fit the M2004QB, M-211 and M-211QB masks. Choose a color code (BK, CBL, EO, FB, FY, MT, OG, RP) or a QB version with black silicone.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the TUSA Intega accept prescription lenses?

Yes. The Intega uses interchangeable lenses and is compatible with TUSA MC-211 corrective lenses, sold separately in left and right versions. Powers run from -1.0 to -8.0 diopters and +1.0 to +4.5 diopters in 0.5 increments, so you can set each eye independently. The same MC-211 lenses also fit the M2004QB, M-211 and M-211QB masks.

What is the difference between the Intega and the Intega QB versions?

The difference is the skirt silicone: standard models such as M-2004-BK use colored silicone, while QB models such as M-2004QB-BK use black silicone.

Will the Intega fit a small or a wide face?

It is designed to cover a broad range of faces. TUSA's 3D SYNQ fitting ring adapts the skirt to different face shapes and sizes, and the fitting dimension measures 4.5 in x 5.2 in (113.5 mm x 133 mm) with a 3.1 in x 6.3 in (79 mm x 161 mm) frame. Variable silicone thickness and a round edge skirt help limit pressure points and creasing.

Is the Intega a low volume mask?

Yes. TUSA lists the Intega as a low volume design with 10.7 cubic inches (175 cc) of internal volume and a total weight of 7.2 oz (205 g). Lower volume means less air is needed to clear the mask, and the listing covers scuba diving and snorkeling use.

Review summary

4.8 164 ratings across the web

Reviewers agree the Intega fits a wide range of face shapes, including narrow heads, faces with a beard and mustache, and Asian face shapes, and that it seals without slow leaks and clears easily. Several call out the broad underwater view from the two lenses and a skirt and buckle setup that feels custom once adjusted. Good to know: the dual lenses accept prescription lenses, and reviewers say the lenses swap out easily. A sensible pick for divers who have struggled to find a mask that seals.

Tusa Intega Mask fits well with mustache

I regularly used my old dual lens Tusa Imprex mask for the past 20+ years. Over the years the silicone had yellowed a bit. I wanted to purchase a new one because the fit was superb, but the new Imprex changed to a single lens (I wanted the option to add prescription lens). I tried the Tusa Ceos Freedom mask, which provided a nice fit, but it had a slightly more narrow field of view. Tusa suggested that I try the Intega mask. It fits just like the old Imprex (and Ceos Freedom) but provides a slightly broader view. I have a beard and mustache and never had a leak issue with these Tusa masks. I chose the transparent silicone mask rather than black mask, even though I take UW photos. I prefer transparency.

A perfect mask for Asian faces!

It is a perfect mask for Asian faces! That's the one easy for me to equalize because the nose fitting is great. I and my friend both love this mask and got exact the same ones!
