This package pairs the Shearwater Petrel 3 dive computer with the Swift Transmitter for wireless tank pressure monitoring, plus the accessories that keep both running well. Choose the Petrel 3 as a stand-alone (SA) computer, or in the Fischer or Monitor 4-Pin configuration (with a 30" or 18" cable) for connecting to a rebreather PPO2 monitor. The Petrel 3 carries a 2.6" AMOLED display behind a toughened aluminosilicate glass lens, a titanium bezel, and titanium piezo touch buttons, and its housing is rated to 290 m for technical and rebreather diving. It runs on a single user-changeable AA battery and supports up to four transmitters, so the Swift included here is ready to report tank pressure wirelessly from a standard 7/16-inch-20 UNF high-pressure port with no tools needed.

The Swift installs by hand, runs on a user-replaceable CR2 battery good for up to 300 dive hours, and uses a collision avoidance system that keeps readings reliable even when other divers nearby are running transmitters of their own. To protect the setup between dives, the bundle adds the Shearwater EVA Case, a ballistic nylon and EVA-padded zippered case sized for the Petrel (as well as the Teric, Perdix, Peregrine, and Tern), the Perdix & Petrel Screen Protector Kit, a peel-and-stick die-cut film that guards the display without affecting readability, and the Perdix & Petrel Strap Kit, a pair of marine-grade elastic replacement straps with pinch clip buckles available in Black or Orange.

Rounding out the package is the Petrel Battery Cap Kit, which improves electrical contact in the battery compartment with a gold-plated spring and washer plus the electrical contact grease Shearwater recommends using even with gold-plated parts. Together, the computer, transmitter, case, screen protector, straps, and battery cap kit give you the core air-integrated setup along with the spares and protection to keep it working through regular use and travel.
