TUSA's BCD lineup spans jacket-style and back-inflate configurations, with the Advanced Weight Loading System III (AWLS III) and Independent Harness System (IHS) defining the engineering approach across most models. The IHS isolates the harness from the air cell, preventing the bladder from pulling the harness and allowing it to maintain a closer, more stable fit as buoyancy changes during the dive.

Liberator — AWLS III + IHS Jacket BCD
The Liberator's wrap-around jacket construction works with a tilt-valve inflator for predictable buoyancy control. AWLS III enables quick and secure weight loading into front pockets. The IHS isolates the harness from the air cell, minimizing tank slippage as buoyancy changes. The Ultimate Stabilizing Harness further supports tank stability, and a RiteTite Buckle provides two-position adjustment with secure hold. Compatible with the TUSA Duo Air II integrated second stage/power inflator. Available in XS through XL.
T-Wing — Aluminum Harness, Back Inflate
The T-Wing is a back-inflate BCD on an aluminum harness and backplate platform, with a circular donut bladder for balanced trim. A lightweight, configurable platform for recreational and technical divers who prefer a back-inflate configuration. Optional accessory pockets, a single-tank adapter, and removable weight pockets allow customization. Lift capacity of 27.0 lbf, XS–XL sizes.
Tina — Women's, High-Cut Waist
The Tina is designed specifically for women, featuring a high-cut waist design that eliminates discomfort when wearing lead weight, quick-drying shoulder and back pads with enhanced cushioning, and the same AWLS III weight integration system as the Liberator. Available as a standalone BCD and as part of complete packages bundling a TUSA regulator, dive computer, and mesh roller bag.
