The Tern TX is the air-integrated version of Shearwater's watch-style Tern, pairing wirelessly with up to four transmitters and showing tank pressure right on its 1.3-inch AMOLED display. The included Shearwater Swift Transmitter is that wireless link: it mounts tool-free on a regulator's 7/16-inch-20 UNF high-pressure port, runs on a user-replaceable CR2 battery rated for up to 300 dive hours, and uses an advanced collision avoidance system to stay reliable when other divers nearby are also running transmitters.
The rest of the bundle protects the setup and keeps it charged. The Shearwater EVA Case wraps the Tern TX in a ballistic nylon exterior with anti-shock EVA padding and a zippered closure, built to fit the Tern along with the Teric, Perdix, Petrel, and Peregrine.
