The Mares Dive Around The World Scuba Package brings together everything needed to gear up for a trip: the Magellan HD buoyancy compensator vest, the Octopus Dual Adj regulator, the SXS Octopus alternate air source, and the Puck 4 Mission 3 console with slate. Choose your BCD size from XS to XL and pick a color, Black/Aqua, Black/Black, or Black/Blue, to match the rest of your setup.
The Magellan HD is a back-inflation BCD built from 420 D Cordura with a monoplate backplate, X-tra Comfort cushioning, and a 180 N lift rating. It uses a standard weight system with two removable pockets, integrated Trim Weight pockets, a roll-down zippered pocket on the right side, and five stainless steel D-rings for clipping on gear. Paired with it is the Octopus Dual Adj, a 1st and 2nd stage regulator set made from ultralight technopolymer with Vortex Assisted Design and Pneumatically Assisted Design for smooth, effortless breathing, plus an adjustable inhalation knob you can turn even with gloves on.
Backup air comes from the SXS Octopus, a compact, lightweight second stage that mounts on either the right or left side and uses a lateral exhaust tube and Superflex hose for clear breathing from any angle. The Puck 4 Mission 3 console rounds out the package with a Buhlmann ZH-L16C algorithm, customizable gradient factors, Bluetooth syncing, and a phosphorescent dial that stays readable in low light, all housed in a durable brass case with a protective thermoplastic elastomer console and dive slate attached.
