The Neotek 4/3mm wetsuit is designed for warm-water technical dives—where exposure protection is still critical—but conditions are mild. This revised model follows the same pattern and design as our revolutionary 8/7/6 semidry and it features a horizontal front zipper and attached hood for maintaining warmth over extended dive times.
This NeoTek is constructed from a compression-resistant 4/3mm neoprene and a Hollis-exclusive ThermaSkin inner liner. It includes a front neckdam with revolutionary G-lock horizontal front zipper for easy on/off and a tight barrier against water intrusion. Arms and legs are also sealed against leaks with a rolled cuff edge. All seams are double glued and butt-joined with a blind stitch construction which is all covered by a unique liquid seam.
And of course, true to the spirit of NeoTek, the suit comes fitted with generous utility pockets on both the left and right thigh and comes in 9 different sizes.

What makes the Hollis Neotek a semi-dry wetsuit?
A semi-dry seals out water exchange almost like a drysuit while diving like a wetsuit. The Neotek does it with a G-lock horizontal front zipper backed by an internal bib, a front neck dam, and internal sealing dams at the neck, wrists, and ankles — so the water that gets in stays in and stays warm. It also has an attached hood as standard and Hollis's ThermaSkin thermal inner liner, with quadruple-glued, blind-stitched, liquid-sealed seams throughout.
Hollis Neotek 8/7/6 vs Neotek 4/3: which do I need?
Same sealed semi-dry construction, different insulation. The 8/7/6mm is the cold-water suit — the one divers use to push wetsuit diving into temperatures where most people go dry. The 4/3mm brings the same semi-dry sealing to milder water: Hollis designed it for warm-water technical dives where long runtimes make exposure protection critical even though conditions are mild. If your dives are long and your water is cold, 8/7/6; long dives in warm-to-moderate water, 4/3.
What sizes does the Hollis Neotek come in?
Nine sizes — SM, MD, ML, LG-Short, LG, XL-Short, XL, 2XL, and 3XL — the Short variants help divers with shorter torsos get a proper seal.
