Motion plates sit under a Tacx NEO trainer and let the whole bike move fore and aft as you pedal, rather than being locked rigid.

That movement is the main thing missing from a fixed trainer. Outdoors the bike rocks slightly under every stroke; indoors that motion is removed, and on long sessions the result is pressure points and stiffness rather than better training.

The set includes left and right plates and a motion front wheel support, so the front of the bike moves with the rear rather than fighting it.

Works flawlessly!

A real plus

Despite being a guy and having relatively short hair, the Scubapro Mask Strap is a great way to overcome the hair getting caught by the rubber strap, getting in the way of putting on my mask. Personally, I prefer it over the more expensive Scubapro Comfort strap with the wider configuration.

Great modular fin for heavy

I bought this for drysuit and sidemount dives, where a stiff blade and raw power are desired, cave diving with helicopter turns versus the Seawing Supernova for more leisurely recreational dives.
