Product Information

The Mares Mission 1C is a wrist-mounted compass for underwater navigation. The oil-filled capsule keeps the card damped and steady, so the bearing settles quickly rather than swinging with each movement.

Tilt compensation allows accurate readings without holding the compass perfectly level, which matters when navigating mid-water or on an uneven bottom. Phosphorescent markings and colored north and south indication keep the card readable in low light, and the rotating bezel sets and holds a bearing. An adjustable wrist strap secures the unit over a wetsuit or drysuit sleeve.

Economical and Versatile Fins ForThis Beginner

Took these to French Polynesia and they were super light to carry around all the different islands me, varied easily in the plane. They handled well in the open ocean, and were excellent for lagoon use. Very durable, I know I’ll get many years of use with these fins. Can be worn alone but I felt most comfortable with the use of a boot

I really like these weight pockets. They’re just large enough to fit individual weights and they are small enough to be complete out of the way and you don’t even realize they’re on your BCD.

Only downfall or dislike, which is completely 100% nothing big….is the lettering isn’t highlighted the same as it is on the larger weight pocket lids. A small detail but it does almost make the lids look like they’re after market and not meant for the Scubapro BCD.

I just bought these fins and I’m excited to put them to use in an upcoming trip to Cozumel. I love the idea of taking them apart for ease of packing. Wish Scubapro would make the heel pockets same colors as all the blade options….but hope they’ll finally come to there senses soon!.
