62X First Stage The 62X first stage is the smallest first stage in the diving market, measuring 63 mm high and weighing only 464 g (DIN). This membrane first stage is 10% smaller and lighter than its 52X predecessor and has 30% less volume. It is equipped with Auto Sealing (AST) technology to protect against water entering the first stage. The redesigned core of the 62X provides an excellent seal, making it ideal for diving in cold water. The optional Twin Balanced Piston (TBP) enhances performance in cold water. The finish is chromed with a pearl-effect surface. Technical innovations include a sharper valve stem seat with a smaller cone radius and reduced angle for better sealing. Dual Adj Second Stage The Dual Adj second stage is made of ultra-lightweight technopolymer and offers smooth and easy breathing at all depths. It features a pneumatic assisted design (P.A.D.) and exclusive Mares patented Vortex Assisted Design (VAD) systems. The newly developed adjustable breathing knob ensures a customized breathing experience even with thick gloves. The Dual Adj 62X exceeds performance standards at 200m and uses proven technology at 400m. This delivery system offers high performance at a competitive price, meeting the demands of today's divers. VAD - VORTEX ASSISTED DESIGN: The air bypass tube delivers air to the mouthpiece creating a swirling vortex with a low pressure area in the center that keeps the diaphragm down during inhalation, for very sensitive and easy breathing at all depths.

SUPERFLEX HOSE: Extreme light weight and exceptional softness guarantee the maximum freedom of movement.

DFC - DYNAMIC FLOW CONTROL: Minimizes intermediate pressure drop during inhalation thus maximizing gas delivery, especially under extreme conditions.
