Description

The Mares Air Control allows you to use a single hose as an octopus and jacket inflation control. The cover features the Mesh-Grid system for optimising water inlet and outlet flows, which offers further improved performance, even in strong currents during a dive. The pre-oriented mouthpiece makes it ideal as an octopus, and the ergonomic shape makes it suitable for one-handed operation. The purge button is large and can be easily operated, even with thick gloves. Equipped with a Superflex hose.

  • MESH GRID: Patented design which reduces the impact of water flow onto the second stage diaphragm, thus eliminating free flows even in strong currents.
  • VAD - VORTEX ASSISTED DESIGN: The air bypass tube delivers air to the mouthpiece creating a swirling vortex with a low pressure area in the center that keeps the diaphragm down during inhalation, for very sensitive and easy breathing at all depths.
  • SUPERFLEX HOSE: Extreme light weight and exceptional softness guarantee the maximum freedom of movement.
  • FLUID DYNAMIC DEFLECTOR: Receives and properly directs the airflow from the bypass tube to the mouthpiece.
