This warranty applies from the date of purchase, provided the product is used normally, maintained properly, and serviced as recommended by an Authorized BigBlue Dealer.

The limited warranty is valid only for products purchased from an Authorized BigBlue Dealer and is non-transferable.

Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of BigBlue.

Exclusions:

Improper use, maintenance, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

Modifications, accidents, fire, or normal wear and tear.

Cosmetic damages, such as scratches or nicks, unless the product is brand new and in its original packaging.

Equipment used for commercial or military purposes.
