The Scubapro MK17 EVO2 / G260 regulator system with R105 Octopus combines a sealed diaphragm first stage with a rugged, air-balanced second stage designed for reliable performance in cold water, silty entries, and demanding dive environments. The balanced diaphragm design maintains stable intermediate pressure regardless of depth or cylinder pressure while protecting internal components from water and contaminants.

The MK17 EVO2 first stage is constructed from chrome-plated marine brass and features a dry environmental chamber to enhance freeze resistance and long-term durability. Its compact body and fixed port layout support clean hose routing without sacrificing airflow. The G260 second stage uses a metal valve housing and reinforced technopolymer casing for strength and improved heat exchange. An adjustable inhalation effort knob and Venturi-Initiated Vacuum Assist (VIVA) control allow precise tuning of breathing characteristics. The included R105 Octopus provides a high-visibility, dependable alternate air source using a classic downstream valve design.
