- Prerequisites: PADI Rescue Diver certification (or equivalent); completion of Emergency First Response® Primary and Secondary Care training (or equivalent) within the past 24 months
- Logged Dives: Minimum of 40 logged dives
- Time: PADI eLearning: 10-16 hours (excluding Dive Theory eLearning); Entire course duration varies – contact a PADI Dive Center or Resort for details
- Age: 18 years (15 for Junior Divemaster)
- Health: Medically evaluated and cleared for diving by a physician within 12 months
